The MBM 800 machine is engineered fo proccessingmultilayer barrier films and can be also adapted to work with multilayer shrink films. It supports both printed films and bag production on tape. The machine is built around a main drive unit equipped with a control board and touchscreen panel, featuring an integrated edge guide system. It includes a longlitudal and cross sealing unit, a conveyor with a tape application assembly, a stacking unit with electrostatic belts, and the shrink relax system. The MBM 800 also features two expanding cantilever shafts for both layers of the film. 

The control board is user-friendly and runs on a Windows-based operating system. It offers a wide range of adjustable settings to ensure optimal seal strength and consistent performance. Built-in touchscreen tutorials assist the operator with setup, operation, and troubleshooting, making the machine easy to use even for less experienced staff.

The sealing unit consist of 3 longlitutidal heaters. The cut is made by flying knife.

The stacking unit with conveyor is fully automatic and features bag counting system. There is also possibility for attaching ejecting stacking unit for aluminium bags.

The relax system compensates for film shrinkage after sealing,  adjusting according to parameters set by the operator.

The alarm system allows for easy troubleshooting.

Our machines also feature electronic safety laser gates to ensure safe operation. These systems automatically stop the machine when access panels are opened or movement is detected.
